Hey Families!

If you have a 6-12 year old who attended Access Kids on Easter Sunday we want to give you the opportunity to continue the conversation with them!

We learned that Easter is not all about rabbits, eggs, and candy but we have a reson to celebrate! We told the story of the crucifixion and resurrection using a contrast between the sadness of Good Friday with the happiness of Easter Sunday. The memory verse was found in John 15:13: "Greater Love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." Be sure to have them show you our hand motions!

Some good discussion questions you could use include:
What happened on Good Friday?
What happened on Easter Sunday?
Why did Jesus die on the cross?
What does it mean that Jesus paid for our sins?

And don't forget about our April Giveaway. Every sunday that your child attends, his or her name will be put into the drawing. They can get their name in additionally for every guest they bring. REMEMBER! You must be present on Sunday, April 25th, when we conduct the drawing in order to win!
