I am thankful to have hit the global jackpot by being born in the United States. The lowest of the low in our country are among the wealthiest, with the most opportunity in the world. Too often we all get distracted bickering about the direction of our country and forget this is truly the land of endless opportunity and blessing.

Hi have to agree with Jared on his point. Along with that I have really been convicted lately to be more mindful of how thankful I should be for my family. There is an awful lot going on in the world around us that can get us all worked up and worried, but I am tremendously blessed to have the family that I have.
