- What have been some of the best times for you to listen to Jesus? (Leader should share an example of a time when they heard from God. It could be during a church service, prayer time, while driving in a car, etc.)
- What challenges do you face that hinder you from hearing from Jesus?
- What kinds of things can you do to overcome those challenges?
- Read Matthew 7:26-27.
- What are the main differences between the wise and foolish man? (Leader can emphasize after others share that one man heard Jesus’ words and put them into practice while the other man did not put them into practice.)
- What have you heard from God lately whether in a message, or your quiet time?
- How are you putting that into practice?
- What can you do on a daily basis to make sure you are acting on what you hear?
