Meet Our 2022 Main Stage Speaker

Pastor Brittany Powell

Pastor Brittany has traveled the globe for the past 12 years sharing the hope of Jesus with an authentic vulnerability and a passion to see others discover their purpose. During this time she was part of leading the fastest growing church in America in Sacramento, California. She has recently stepped into the role of being Executive Director of Student Experience and Campus Pastor of Southeastern University. She is the wife to James Powell and a mother of 2 incredible boys. The heartbeat of their family is to help those who feel far from God to know Him and grow in a relationship with Him.

Pastor Lis Burns

Conference host Pastor Lis Burns is happy to welcome you to Known 2022! Pastor Lis and her husband Dr. Jason Burns founded Access Church in 2007 and have since led there for 15 years. In 2021, God placed the vision for Known in Pastor Lis’ heart. The vision was simple: women don’t need more influence, they need to be known – by God and others. Pastor Lis is the author of the 3 “Lessons My Kids Taught Me” devotional books and a gifted speaker. Her passion is to bring hope and healing to women through leading them to God’s power and love.

FAQs

Is there any cost to attend Known ‘22?

No! Known is absolutely free of charge thanks to the generosity of Access Church. You may want to bring money for purchase of optional conference merchandise.

Will childcare be provided?

No. Due to limited space, child care is not provided. Please feel free to bring your daughters age 10 and up.

Will there be food available?

Friday night we will have a post-service party that includes snacks! Eat dinner beforehand. Saturday morning there will be breakfast available prior to the Morning Session, snacks and a to-go lunch on the way out.

Is Known ‘22 appropriate for my teenager?

Bring your daughters! As long as they are age 10+, we think it’s a great time for them and there will be age-appropriate workshop sessions available, as well!

What should I wear?

Known is casual! Dress however you feel comfortable and come ready to dance!
