New Year, New You

Every year we set new goals – to change the past, try something new, or do something different. But if we’re honest, the new year can start to sound like a broken record. We want to lose weight, make more money, get organized. We think if we can just work it harder, make it better, and make it faster, we’ll be stronger.
Maybe we’re trying to change the wrong thing, because the common denominator or every part of your life is you. What if this year wasn’t about what you’ve accomplished, but about who you are? This year, we’re starting with the man in the mirror.
