- An ATTITUDE of INDEPENDENCE from God
- UNGRATEFULNESS to God
- Considering OURSELVES better than OTHERS
- Pride Isn’t:
- A good self-image
- A job well done
- Check Your Ego

Proverbs 16:5 // The Lord detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.

- Jesus’ life is the best example of getting rid of pride
- If you’re too busy looking down on people and things, you can’t look up to God
- Ask God to forgive you
