  • Vision - The ability to see clearly.
  • God speaks in dreams and visions.

Proverbs 29:18 KJV  //  Where there is novision, the people perish

  • Chazown

Proverbs 29:18 NIV  //  Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint.

  • You were created for significance, not just survival

Proverbs 29:18 MSG  //  If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.

  • Blessed - Happy in your soul

Ephesians 1:17-18 NIV  //  I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people.

1. Know God

1 Timothy 6:21 TLB  //  Some of these people have missed the most important thing in life—they don’t know God...

2. Find Freedom

James 5:16 NIV  //  Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.

3. Discover Purpose

Romans 12:6 NIV  //  We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.

4. Make a Difference

John 15:8, 11 NIV  //  “This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.” 11 “I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.”

  • Transcendence

Mark 8:22-26  //  22 They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?” 24 He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.” 25 Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly. 26 Jesus sent him home, saying, “Don’t even go into the village.”
